This book based on the edicts of Ayatullah al-Udhma as-Sayyid Ali al-Seestani, is the first attempt at writing Islamic Laws for Muslims, who have settled in non-Muslim countries under different laws, dissimilar values and unfamiliar customs and habits. It is comprised of two parts that contain new questions and issues, that had never been charted and discussed before in most Manuals of Islamic Laws and other books of Islamic jurisprudence.
